All Xtinct Co products are made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at Xtinctcoest19@gmail.com with:

Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
We'll make it right with a free reprint or refund — no need to return the item.

Lost Packages If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us within 7 days and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins.
